Step 2 - Estimated Contribution Details

To be considered an accredited investor, a person must be able to demonstrate an annual income of $200,000 individually, or $300,000 for joint income, for the last two years with the expectation of earning the same or higher income in the current year.

A person can also be considered an accredited investor if they have a net worth greater than $1 million, either individually or combined with a spouse, excluding the person's primary residence.

An entity is considered an accredited investor if the owners are accredited investors or it has assets exceeding $5 million.
